By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Consulticon for consulting, infrastructure and DPR advisory, or EduTech services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
02Nature of Services
Information on this website regarding Infrastructure & DPR Advisory, AI & Workforce Capability programmes, and Strategic & IT Consulting is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of outcome. Any specific engagement is governed by a separate signed proposal, statement of work or engagement letter, the terms of which shall prevail over this website in case of conflict.

07Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, any grievance regarding this website or its content may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at info@consulticon.in. We aim to acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt.
08Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
